1. How does it work?

Choose your package

Explore our branding packages and select the one that best suits your needs. Each package clearly explains what’s included, the final file formats, and the estimated completion time.

Tell us about your ideas

Share information about your business, preferred colors, style, and any inspiration you may have. This helps us understand your vision and develop concepts that reflect your brand.

Payment and project start

Full payment is required before work begins. Once your payment, creative brief, and authorization to begin have been received, we will start developing your project.

2. Design concepts and revisions

Our creative process includes:

• Three initial design concepts based on your preferences.
• Selection of one concept for further development.
• Three rounds of revisions to refine the selected design.
• Preparation and delivery of the final files included in your package.

Each revision round may include several minor adjustments, provided they are submitted together in a single message. Unselected concepts are not included in the final delivery.

Additional revisions, new concepts, or design elements outside your package require a separate quotation. No additional work will begin without your approval.

Any mistakes attributable to Home Made Nest will be corrected without counting towards your included revisions.

3. Final approval and delivery

Once you are happy with your design, we will request your final approval. We will then prepare and deliver the files included in your chosen package. Final approval closes the included revision stage. Any subsequent changes may involve additional charges, communicated in advance.

4. Your exclusive visual identity

Your approved custom visual identity is created exclusively for your brand. It will not be resold by Home Made Nest as another client’s brand identity. Usage rights are defined in the terms of your purchased package.

Trademark searches and legal registration services are not included. We cannot guarantee that the design is eligible for trademark registration. Third-party fonts, images, and other resources may be subject to their own licensing terms.

5. Payment, cancellations and refunds

Our Branding & Visual Identity services are created specifically for each customer. The agreed price covers the entire creative process, from reviewing your brief, research, and initial preparation to design development and final delivery. All services must be paid in full before work begins.

To allow your project to begin without waiting 14 days, we request your express authorization to start the service during the statutory withdrawal period.

Customer confirmation:
“I expressly request that Home Made Nest begin providing the service before the end of the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, and I acknowledge that, once the service has been fully performed, I will lose my right of withdrawal under the applicable legal conditions.”

Amounts corresponding to personalized work already completed are non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If the customer validly exercises their right of withdrawal while the service is being performed, the applicable legal rules concerning work already provided will apply.

These terms do not affect the customer’s statutory rights in cases of errors, breach of contract, or lack of conformity attributable to Home Made Nest.

6. Privacy and portfolio sharing

We respect our customers’ privacy and the timing of their brand launches. We will not share your project on social media or in our portfolio before your brand’s public launch without your permission.

7. Communication and project files

During the creative process, we may contact you to request information, clarify details, or obtain approvals. If we do not receive a response, the project suspension, cancellation, and file retention conditions described in our Terms and Conditions will apply.
