Commercial License for Digital Art

Create, customize and sell your physical products using Home Made Nest digital artwork.

Our Commercial License is intended for artwork, illustrations, digital papers, clipart and other digital file collections sold by Home Made Nest. It allows you to use the digital files you purchase to create and sell finished physical products, such as keepsakes, decorative items, personalized stationery, gifts and other handmade products.

License terms

• The license is purchased separately from the digital files and does not include the artwork.
• Each license is valid for one person or business and one digital product or bundle.
• It allows the sale of up to 500 units of finished physical products, with no time limit.
• After reaching 500 sales, contact Home Made Nest to obtain an additional license.
• The license must be purchased before commercial use begins.

Prohibited uses

You may not resell, give away, share or distribute the digital files in their original or modified form. You may not create or sell new digital products derived from our artwork, even if modified, combined with other elements or converted to non-editable formats.

The files may not be used as trademarks, logos or exclusive visual identities, and the license may not be transferred to third parties without written permission.

Production and usage rights

Print-on-demand services may be used solely to produce authorized physical products, provided the original files are not made available for reuse or distribution.

You are not required to credit Home Made Nest on products you sell. Copyright and any applicable moral rights remain protected.

Validity and proof of purchase

Specific license terms are presented before purchase, and the version in force at the time of purchase applies. We recommend keeping proof of purchase for the license and corresponding digital files.

This commercial license applies only to Home Made Nest digital creations whose rights permit such licensing. Digital products from other creators or brands may have different licenses. Purchase of the digital file and purchase of the commercial license are separate.
